En entrant dans l’appartement, nous avons accès au salon spacieux et lumineux, meublé avec des meubles de haute qualité et des éléments de design, avec une cuisine ouverte moderne entièrement équipée. Des deux côtés du salon, nous trouvons les deux chambres indépendantes, toutes deux avec salle de bain complète en suite avec douche, lits doubles de 1,80 x 2,00 et TV. L’un d’eux dispose également d’une table de lecture. L’appartement entier est extérieur avec quatre balcons donnant sur la Calle General Luque, qui est située à quelques mètres des rues commerçantes les plus célèbres de Cadix, telles que San Francisco et Culumela, et à quelques pas des principaux monuments et attractions du centre historique de Cadix. ** Pour les séjours mensuels, l'approvisionnement en eau et en électricité sera inclus jusqu'à un maximum de 100 € par mois. Si les dépenses sont plus élevées, le client devra payer la différence. La facture correspondante sera envoyée par l'hébergement au client pour vérifier les dépenses**. Pendant le séjour, aucune personne supplémentaire à celles indiquées dans la réservation ne pourra accéder à la propriété, l'accès est donc interdit aux personnes qui ne sont pas enregistrées en tant qu'invités.
