After being displaced from our home after damage from severe weather we were so fortunate to find this location. The house accommodated our family of 4 with pets for nearly a month without any issues. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well finished, bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very clean. The backyard is a beautiful and relatively private space hidden within a 15 minute walk to the downtown restaurants or the beach area. Anzhelika is an excellent host who was very responsive when needed, provided clear instructions and ample privacy. We would happily recommend this location to friends and family attending the area for events.

Booked this place for a cottage trip and we had the best time ever there! Amanda was super accommodating to our needs and the house was in great condition!

Larissa was very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. The place is beautiful and is set up well with anything you might need. The views are amazing and it's very peaceful. I'd definitely go back. Absolutely beautiful place.

The cottage is so cozy and clean. The space had everything we needed for a weekend getaway with our dogs. The neighborhood is great and so close to the beach which would be a great perk in the summer.

Ballard Cabin was the perfect getaway! It has a warm, rustic hunting cabin vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space is incredibly cozy, with a super comfy couch and a great collection of books to browse through. The kitchen was amazing—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The location was also perfect: just minutes from town and a short drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park, where we spent the weekend skating. We rented Lyle’s place for 2 months while working on a contract in the Huntsville area. Was a great long term place to stay. Had everything we needed plus lots more. Lyle was always extremely responsive with messages and seemed happy to accommodate our stay.

What a lovely place in the country. It is decorated like someone said “right out of a Pottery Barn” catalogue. Great layout to be cozy but also have enough space for a larger family. The home is well stocked for everything you need. TVs worked well and watching the hockey game while playing pool was a perfect evening for my husband and son. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Stu and Heather’s place. It was clean, the property is beautiful and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were in town for a show at Casino Rama and it was great to be off the beaten path but still close after a late night. Stu greeted us when we checked in and gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. We look forward to coming back should an opportunity arise.

We loved the place! It was beautifully decorated and everything was really great quality. The resort is quiet and I felt very safe. They even left a surprise bag of popcorn which was a cute little delight we got to share. Sounds kind of dumb but places really aren’t putting in effort these days. We had some trouble and the host and cohosts were very quick to respond and fix. We enjoy Friday Harbour and would stay at their place again the next time we visit.

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Olga’s place is absolutely amazing! From start to finish it was a breeze communicating with her! Her beautiful apartment was extremely spotless upon arrival - almost like brand new! Everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are so soft! Her decorations are very tasteful! The balcony is super cute and clean! The view is great. I had a great nights sleep - no noise! She was very accommodating to any needs I had. The internet is also great for working from home with fast speeds! The pictures really do look EXACTLY as advertised which is refreshing! One of the best places I have stayed in through AIR BNB. I’d 100% recommend Olga’s place to anyone and I’ll definitely be back in the future! :)

Elijah’s place was very spacious, homey, clean, and as described; the bed was very comfortable and all the appliances worked as described; we didn’t need to ask for anything additionally and they were kind enough to offer us a checkout time of 12pm which meant we didn’t need to rush in the morning; will highly recommend to everyone wanting to visit the local trails, beautiful patches of nature and Vettä spa, as it’s practically walking distance

I can’t say enough other than I felt like we went to our families house for the weekend. Her and her husband made us feel right at home. She had homemade brownies waiting for us and greeted us when we arrived. There was nothing missed in the way they have this set up. The most above and beyond experience with a beautiful breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful solo experience at Catherine's cabin. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything I needed to cook simple delicious meals. BBQ for dinners and the frying pan was perfect for breakfast. The view was absolutely stunning, which you can enjoy from the private dock or from the cabin. It was only a 15 minute drive away from beautiful hikes and the grocery store or butcher. Very grateful to have found this place and will definitely come back.

We spent a wonderful two nights at Karen and Steven’s airbnb. We unexpectedly had the first snow of the year during our stay and it was like a magical winter wonderland. We felt so cozy inside with the fireplace watching the snow slowly falling outside. We went on an amazing hike on old baldy trail which was easily accessed right from the backyard of the property on foot. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and given the snow, we were thankful that we had great walkable options. We so hope to be able to come back and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the woods and nature. This was the best cabin getaway where we instantly felt at home. It felt like we had a personal waterfall right beside our room. It was so breathtaking and serene. And it was so warm and cozy inside the cabin with the fireplace. I booked this so my sister and I could get away from the city and completely disconnect. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in nature and hope to be back in future ✅😎🌲

Krista she is very kind, responsive and proactively checked us to make sure everything is fine with out any problem. her place is very beautiful, has stunning river side view as well as warm and cozy nest that you can get relaxed and enjoy the beautiful nature. also , any amenities and needs that makes your stay more enjoyable, is available there! so do not worry! you absolutely enjoy staying there. we recommend to stay there at least 2 night! thank you krista for your warm hospitality!

Best cabin-in-the-woods weekend ever! Perfect spot for hiking, kayaking, movie watching, and board games. Bill went above and beyond to make the trip go smoothly.

“Hostess with the mostest” is an understatement for Sandra. When she says all you need to bring is your overnight bag and groceries, she means it! Her and Dejay are lovely people, offering an incredible getaway. The attention to detail and commitment to their guests is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend and return!
