Vila sadrži 4 sobe i 2 kupaonice .Kuhinja i dnevni boravak su kompletno moderno opremljeni te imaju pogled na prekrasni Pašmanski kanal. Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Otok Pašman ima dugačke i lijepe biciklističke staze, netaknutu prirodu i bogatu kulturnu baštinu. Za nezaboravni odmor u skladu s prirodom svakako dođite kod nas u Villu Kona.

Enjoy in our small romantic, robinson,fisherman cottage in touristic bay Magrovica, nature park Telašćica. Only 3km away from the center of Sali. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Wake up to a sea view, relax on the terrace, enjoy the private garden, and explore the peaceful nature of Pašman and Ugljan, especially outside the season. Stroll to nearby beaches, local restaurants, and enjoy a true island escape.

Otok Ravna Sika (Kornati)

Ravna Sika, otok površine 10 000 m2, smješten u Kornatskom otočju između otoka Sit i Žuta. Na sredini otoka nalazi se kuća površine 80 m2 u kojoj su dvije spavaće sobe, kuhinja, kupaonica, dnevni boravak. Iz svakog prozora u kući pruža se predivan pogled na more. Prijevoz je u organizaciji vlasnika gliserom (vožnja traje oko 45 min.-350€) ili ribarskim brodom (oko 2.5 sata-300€), cijena u oba smjera. Polazak iz Murtera gdje je osiguran parking za goste. Doplata za ljubimce 15 €/danu.

Accommodating up to four guests, it offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace with a barbecue and sea views. Swim in front of the house or dock your own or rented boat at the private jetty. The house is also accessible by car. Please note: tap water is not drinkable. There is no Wi-Fi, allowing you to truly switch off, but LTE reception is available. Ideal for nature lovers and boaters.

Die meisten Räume sind frisch renoviert oder aufbereitet worden. Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man eine Fähre benutzen, die fast Stündlich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht fährt.
