The home is 0.5 miles from the Paso Robles Event Center/Mid State Fairgrounds. This home is an ideal location for wine tasting, exploring downtown Paso Robles, or Lake Nacimiento day trips. It offers easy access to all of San Luis Obispo County and is just minutes from Highway 46, Nacimiento Lake Road, Adelaida Road, and Highway 101. Entire house: indoor and outdoor including 3 car garage and laundry room. La Casa de Robles is situated on 1 acre but adjacent to hundreds of acres of rolling hills with oak and almond trees. It is a private setting but within 1 mile from the restaurants and galleries of Downtown Paso Robles. Some of the areas best wineries are within a short drive. This is a no smoking house (indoors and outdoors) which is strictly enforced. If anyone in your party plans to smoke anywhere on the grounds, we will be unable to accommodate you. Occupancy is a maximum of 10 people.
