It’s perfect for couples seeking peace and quiet, or a romantic getaway. Across the farmland often has cattle or horses grazing. Follow the zig-zag path leading to the jetty. Tie up your own boat if you have one or launch a kayak and explore downstream. Restaurants shops and cafes are nearby. The property has a security camera in the car park.

The experience is kinda like glamping as the cabin is rustic with some luxuries. No TV or wifi - a simple get away of less.

This newly built stylish self-contained villa is guaranteed to provide you with an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The cull de sac location is perfect for a cosy and quiet “home away from home” and the private patio area is an ideal place for you to have your morning coffee. We are positive that once you have experienced our villa, it will become your regular destination! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

On the Waterside Canals we have a magnificent view facing west for a kilometre. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish upstairs studio apartment on the 2nd floor. Expect to have a restful break whilst having every opportunity to exhaust yourself. Bring bathers for kayaking and swimming. Have a game of tennis, go bike riding, watch a movie, or read a book.

This exclusive, luxurious private property is also only just a few minutes away from shopping centres and a great cup of coffee. Relax and hide away in our self-contained cabin in front of the log fire or sit on the decked balcony with a refreshing drink in hand and watch the variety of wild birds and sheep that roam the 90 tranquil acres. The cabin is out of sight so nothing can disturb you except for the sound of the nature. Please note -there is no oven, no wifi. Adults only and no pets.
