Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Drumherum befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet von europäischem Rang: das Peenetal - mit einer faszinierenden Tier- und Pflanzenwelt. Kaminabende, Fahrradauflüge oder Bootstouren auf der nahe gelegenen Peene sorgen für reichlich Abwechslung. Und das Beste: Bis zur Insel Usedom sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Sommer, Sonne und Strand :)

Nichts ist überladen oder verbastelt - hier kannst du durchatmen, die Natur genießen, im See baden (5 min zu Fuss), direkt vor dem Häuschen einen Hike beginnen oder mit dem Rad vom Grundstück aus starten und um den See radeln ... am Abend schlummerst du vorm Gußeisernen Kamin friedlich in eine Wolldecke gekuschelt ein ...

There is a desk, paint brushes and pencils as well as an easel and lots of art books. You are right on the water with access to a SUP & a pier. Das Gebäudeensemble besteht aus einer großen Schlaf- und Wohnjurte und einem Häuschen, in dem sich die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad mit warmem Wasser befinden. Genießt die Momente in der Sauna, am Teich, am Lagerfeuer, in der Hängematte oder im Blumengarten.

Made of heavy canvas they give a nice natural feeling, great lighting atmosphere and leave you with a 3.5m high tented roof and 30sqm lots of space. Take a break from everyday life to spend time musing, thinking, reading in the park or go out to explore the amazing lakes and cultural heritage of the "Mecklenburg Lake Plateau".

Versteckt in den Wäldern der mecklenburgischen Schweiz findet sich hier ein einzigartiger Platz für alle, die Natur hautnah erleben möchten. Über den See rudern, angeln, schwimmen, durch den Wald wandern, radeln, auf dem Bootssteg ein Buch lesen oder schreiben, dem Schilfrauschen lauschen, einfach die Zeit genießen und die Natur- und Tierwelt Mecklenburgs entdecken. ---

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Die helle, freundliche Ferienwohnung mit Wohn/schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer befindet sich separat in einem historischen, schilfgedeckten Bauernhaus direkt am Bodden mit Blick auf die Schoritzer Wiek. Sie befindet sich in der ersten Etage, ist gemütlich und einfach ausgestattet. Bemerkenswert ist die Schönheit und Ruhe meines Wohnortes. Ich bin als Gastgeberin vor Ort und habe hier meine Kunstwerkstatt. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Garten.

On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.
