Exactly 9.6 miles from Peoria airport and exactly 14.6 miles to the Peoria Civic Center, this apartment is located in a quiet country area. This is an apartment in the Horsemeister stall barn. Private entrance, plenty of parking, This is a working horse farm with 2 stallions, mares and foals. Can sleep 4 adults comfortably but if you have a larger group you are welcome to bring airbeds. This is just 4 miles from the village of Hanna City. There is a sectional couch that can sleep 2 children.

Take a walk in this quaint neighborhood w lots of mature trees or relax on the front porch.

Welcome to @RidingHeights – our cute mid-century modern/bohemian style bungalow home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

The Hobbit House apartment is located on the 1st floor of this home with a 2nd guest apartment in the basement. We are minutes from PIA! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. Cozy with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, & a warm electric fireplace.

Please note, that this home is over 100 years old, if you have any experience with historic homes you will know there is no such thing as a perfectly square corner or a perfectly level floor. The home has served guests and families from all over the world for a century, we hope you love it as much as we do.
