My Family Home was built in 1947 in a quaint Neighborhood across from a Park. Small Town with Unique little shops, restaurants.Only a short ride to Thomasville GA that has Award winning Dinning and Boutiques as well as Department Stores. I have my personal belongings there, pictures, clothes etc if this is an issue please don’t rent my home. Also, one of the bathrooms in located in the yellow room. Not normal I know, but this is how my father designed it, he thought it was cool. You may not.

Cabin on Lake Nichols

Edgewood Cottage

Whether you're in town for an event or looking for a getaway, you'll feel cozy, comfortable, and right at home in this historic cottage. Built in 1916, the home offers historic charm and modern amenities. With more than 1,600 sq. ft. and three bedrooms, there's room for the whole family! There's a huge fenced-in yard and Macintyre Park is just half a block away. The front porch and back deck offer serenity under the pines. Or take a 3 minute drive to experience all that downtown has to offer.

1 bedroom guest house that sleeps up to 8. Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, 2 queen air mattresses, 1 twin. Full kitchen - stove, refrigerator, and microwave. 1 full bathroom w/shower and a 1/2 bath. Cozy, quaint space in a quiet neighborhood on 3.5 acres. 3-4 miles from all major restaurants. 2.5 miles from the Diving well and approx. 8-10miles from Expo. Grill on the deck and a fire pit in back yard. Private parking and WiFi. NO PETS and no local reservations unless prior approved.

Living in 3/4 Time

Located in a quiet neighborhood, we're just four miles from the Albany Airport. This mother-in-law apartment has private access and everything you need for a great night's rest. The kitchenette provides a coffee maker, refrigerator, eating utensils, and microwave. Prices will be adjusted for long-term reservations (ex: traveling nurses; contractors; etc.)

This is the most elegant and tranquil 1250 Sq ft. of pure comfort! It features a library quiet central smart H & A. system (not a window air) can be set to 70 in the summer and 68 in the winter. Large one bedroom with a Tempur-pedic luxury king size bed . 7 ft glass shower . Sofa can be used as an Extra long twin. Full kitchen with dishwasher

The Honey House

The Honey House has lots of room to relax and have fun. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. You can gaze upon our beautiful pond while enjoying that morning coffee. Conveniently Located between TIFTON (19 minutes away) and Moultrie (17 minutes). Then you can end the day with an amazing southern sunset as you sit and watch on that same porch.
