Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

The Guest House is a nautical themed studio for 2 adults and children, with a private patio. There is a treehouse for those with young children. There is so much to see and do in the local area - whether walks in the New Forest, visiting towns and villages such as Beaulieu and Brockenhurst or enjoying the sea and coastline. The Isle of Wight can be accessed from Lymington Ferry Terminal and makes a great day trip.

Large duplex apartment just off the High Street with a parking space and a pretty communal gated courtyard. Large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with two leather sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises of a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. The bedroom which is large is on the top floor adjacent to a shower room. Quaint old cowshed conversion.

The Byre (old English for cowshed) is a cosy self contained unit with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has blackout blinds and Venetian slats on the main window. The sitting room is light and airy with two sofas, chairs and table and well equipped small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, under worktop fridge and combination microwave which is placed on shelf above hob due to limited space.

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
