The Little Red Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the cute town of Pine Grove Mills. Downtown State College & PSU are a 15 min drive. This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Hooting Haus Cabin | Hot Tub | Fire Pit | Loft

Nestled at the woods edge and named after our resident owl, Hooting Haus is a European styled cabin retreat close to all Penn State offers. The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Willow Oak Cottage (Minutes to PSU!)

This fully renovated cottage offers the comfort of a brand-new home, providing a peaceful and unique retreat. Nestled on two acres of serene land, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gather around a cozy campfire in the spacious backyard with family and friends. The cottage is located just 15 minutes from Penn State campus and stadium, the location is both convenient and tranquil. Plus, it's conveniently located right near Way's Fruit Farm, which has some of the best apples around town.

Little J Cottage

Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have a view that shows no neighbors. Close to everything but it might as well be a thousand miles. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Private Suite in State College - Sleeps 5

Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people (can accommodate 5). Bedroom with full bed sleeps 2, Sleeper-Sofa - sleeps 2, folds out to full bed, and twin cot available. Serene setting Located 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center. Two night minimum PSU game weekends. Take time to enjoy what Happy Valley has to offer, & take time to relax while you experience the peaceful setting of your location. Bus stops on street corner near rental. Absolutely NO SMOKING.

Log House On Main

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

Sauna & Cabin (*3 season: winter water turned off)

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower
