The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Close to the railway station, restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. St Annes Retreat, a lovely ground floor apartment in the picturesque town of Lytham St Annes. Just a short distance to the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cinema and world famous Royal Lytham St Annes golf course. Sleeping up to three, plus a baby in the travel cot, the accommodation comprises of a Lounge, separate dining room (with sofa bed for additional guest), kitchen and utility room and a double bedroom. Your pet is welcome, but we ask they don't join you on the bed or sofas.

In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 10 walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. A friendly and peaceful neighbourhood, enabling a relaxed and chilled stay in a good quality, comfy home. Key safe available and separate entrance from my home.

This cosy ground floor apartment is tucked away in it's own private courtyard, just a short walking distance to Preston city centre, all UCLan buildings, Moor Park and Preston North End football ground. It has just been lovingly restored by us to a very high standard. Everything is brand new, including the heating system which warms all rooms in minutes. We're happy to be flexible and discuss any specific requirements, but rest assured there are no hidden additional charges.
