Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

Renovated in 2020 Loft 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful views of a tree lined creek and neighboring pond. Located in a cul-de-sac above a detached garage. Efficiency kitchen with open living space including an island with seating for four plus a dining table for six. This apartment has two spacious bedrooms one with a twin bed and full size bed and the other with a queen sized bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The newly renovated bathroom has a double vanity.

Step back in time with this unique riverfront house. This property is located on a peaceful lakefront setting on the Illinois river. Almost 2 miles across, it is the perfect space for water sports like fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, and kayaking, which are all provided! Equipped with an indoor open kitchen, large outdoor grill, smoker, and blackstone flat top grill. Dine either indoors or out, but don't forget to take a dip in the hot tub or the steam sauna before bed.
