Outside, relax in the large grass yard or play a fun game of cornhole. Located in safe, peaceful Bosque Farms, you get incredible small-town charm just 20 minutes south of Albuquerque. Note: No smoking and absolutely no pets ($500 fee applies for any pets brought onto the property at any time).

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Our centrally-located home is right off I-25 and close to everything with plenty of parking space and a great patio perfect for relaxing. Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, IHop, Applebee's, and more just a 1-minute drive. The airport is only 25 minutes and most spots in Albuquerque are about 35 minutes away. Belen is just 15 minutes, and the Balloon Fiesta Park is only 35- 40 minutes. Our home offers comfort and convenience for everyone! Please NOTE, the crib is a bassinet.
