My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Looking for a beach vacation while staying away from crowds? Enjoy the shady trees at our cozy cabin, across the street from East Bay. Sleep peacefully on a queen sized bed, have your morning coffee on the deck, or relax outside by the fire pit after a day at the beach. Our street features miles of sidewalks if you'd like to walk, run or bike. We are 9 miles from the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Need a little extra room? Lime Green Cottage on the Bon Secour River!

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc... are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc... I’m sorry to say but there is NO Wifi or cable tv Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage... I have 2 of these cottages they are side by side check it out at airbnb.com/h/turqcottage

We are renting out our newly remodeled cottage on our property. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Our cottage has a full kitchen and 2 separate porches to sit and relax. A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area. Close to downtown Fairhope. Short drive to the beaches.
