Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this fully renovated cottage has 66' of private shoreline and includes the FREE use of pontoon w/dock plus paddle boat & 2 kayaks (from May through October, weather permitting). The cottage sleeps up to 5 people. For larger groups, bundle Swan Cottage w/our other lakefront property 2 doors away. Great lake for fishing or swimming off our water trampoline! Spend your evenings around the fire pit (BYO firewood) enjoying time with friends and family. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles. Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

A short drive to many area attractions including the State Park with it's miles of hiking trails , remote beaches and sand dunes. There are . multiple destination golf courses. The nearby Pere Marquette River has world class trout fishing. There is salmon, perch, and lake trout fishing on Lake Michigan.

Secluded and very quiet but close to everything, just 10 minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, the beach and the state park.
