It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
