Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Perfect for couples, families, business trips, etc. (No parties/events). Location is west of Stillwater near the Karsten Creek Golf Club and Lake Carl Blackwell. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

The Cabin on The Coy T Ranch

Built in 1900, the cabin made of native sandstone sits atop one of the rolling Osage hills. It's fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, soaker tub, & views out every window! The cabin faces west and the most beautiful sunsets are the evening's entertainment. Guests will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by ranch land as far as they can see, yet still partake of the town life just 5 miles away.

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace.
