A very lovely flat with a really beautiful interior. Thomas was a very nice host and extremely helpful. Good location, just 12 mins walk from station and right on the beach front. It has a perfect chaise longue to sit and read in the morning sun! Kitchen nice too. One thing worth mentioning: the shower/bath is in the bedroom and the toilet area isn't extremely private. However, that didn't bother us; just worth considering for others. We'd love to stay again and would certainly recommend to friends.

Zed's appartment is a true gem on St Leonards' beach front. It's a very spacious, clean and attractive space with a great (sea) view and a perfect location for visiting the vibrant towns or St Leonards and Hastings. Amenities were great, the bed was just perfect and everything was crisp and clean. Would stay here again next time!

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

Caroline’s flat is lovely, even more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and decor in each room beautiful done. The kitchen had lovely plates and glasses, which was a nice touch. We would come to stay again!

The flat was perfect, exactly what we wanted. Comfortable and stylish with a great view. We appreciated the high quality bed linen and towels. Plenty of very good restaurants in the area. The only negatives was the music and the noisy people from the pub just down the road and the constant squeaking from the floorboards in the flat above. Very irritating especially at night.

Wish we had discovered Harley place before. It is so comfortable and the views are amazing. We have never slept so well in any other Airbnb. As there was just the 2 of us and dog we took advantage of using the bed with the views looking over the lagoon. No need to use a car as there is a bus into Brighton just outside the front door. Lots of good pubs in Shoreham town to stop off at, which can be reached by bus or 20 mins walk. We sat with freshly brewed coffee each morning in the bay window overlooking the lagoon and sea. Communication is brilliant too. Would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely stunning flat with amazing sea views and peaceful bedrooms away from the sea front. Amandeep's kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay with the kids. Loads of books, games and things to do. Really easy access and spotlessly clean. Thanks for having us!

Hazel was an excellent host, responded almost immediately to questions. The house was just perfect for 13 hens, we all slept very well and 3 bathrooms meant no waiting, we had everything! we needed. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back to stay. N C A E H H F V S J E A and A

We had a lovely stay at Driftwood. The house was just as described and pictured. Parking was a bit tricky due to the layout of the buildings but not an issue. The house itself was beautiful with a lovely beach theme throughout, equipped with everything you could need, and perfectly located within easy reach of the beach, town, restaurants and train line to Brighton. Simone was a great host from start to finish, checking in with us to ensure all was ok and even telling us where the parasol was for the decking when she realised how warm it was. Altogether a perfect long weekend away was had!

Julie's place is lovely for a larger group with plenty of space and a great garden area. It's right across the road from the beach and there is a nice walk into Rye. Julie was very friendly and responsive and the property was easy to find and access. I would recommend this stay.

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views to the sea. Lovely facilities and pretty good location only around 25 minutes from station and 20 minutes from The Laines. Bars, restaurants and shops at top of street within few minutes walk. Some noise from local pub (located across the lane but it was Friday night) but this dropped after about 11. Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return. Thankyou!

Even better than the photos with the beautiful decor, everything was pretty much perfect. We loved sitting on the seating outside for breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. Some small issues with bathroom ceiling dripping on the second day through the light fixture, but this was looked at and a new light provided within the hour of us messaging Alan :) Would absolutely stay here again

Perfect location to stay in Hove, with bonus of an off road car park space! Appt is in a quiet location and is very spacious. The Host is super helpful, friendly and very responsive We look forward to staying here again, the next time we visit Hove

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. The penthouse was within easy walking distance of Brightons attractions. This will be the first of many visits Thank you Stephen and James From Steve and Karen

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Janet & John Morrison
