Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Dani’s holiday house is located in the Pevensey Bay Holiday Park & is a stones throw away from the beach..literally! A great place to relax & enjoy the sea breeze or to enjoy with your family with so many fun things to do,Eastbourne pier only a 10 minute drive. The cabin was built in 2023 & is a 2 bed room, 1.5 bathroom property that sleeps up to 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room where the sofa turns into a double sofa bed & also includes a private balcony with free parking

Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. The site has a shop, Indoor pool, newly refurbed in April 2024, clubhouse which has regular entertainment, children's playground and the added bonus of being right on the beach, Ideal for Eastbourne Airshow.

With the bus stop just outside to take you into central Eastbourne. If your visiting as a family or a peaceful retreat for just the two of you, you will not be disappointed. the cabin itself is fully equipped, with full combi boiler heating so if it does get chilly, you won't.

With your own private garden, wake up in nature and in the evenings enjoy the magical sound of the Nightingales in the evening which takes place only in Spring.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
