Really enjoyed at stay here! The security team was so kind and helpful, the condo was new and in great shape, very clean! It was a very comfortable stay. The complex was huge with really nice pools, it was very quiet and not very many people at all. There is beach access, but it’s not the nicest beach compared to further south in Hua Hin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay out would go again, good value!

Excellent complexe neuf à front de mer bien entretenu et avec un personnel actif et agréable. Loin du tumulte, c’est l’endroit parfait pour se relaxer et profiter de tous les délices locaux qui se trouvent à proximité. Équipements qualitatifs, piscine gigantesque, salle de sport climatisée, de nombreux endroits très confortables pour s’installer à l’ombre. Pour les activités, déplacement en vélo (disponible gratuitement) ou en voiture. Magnifique séjour ici, nous projetons déjà de revenir l’année prochaine !

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

Ich hatte im LPB zwei Wohneinheiten gemietet und war jeweils sehr Zufrieden. Jedoch möchte ich Pauls‘s Appartement nochmal hervorheben: - Wohnung in der 1 Etage mit schnellrr er m Zugang zum Pool (Balkontür ist mit separatem Schlüssel von außen verschließbar) - sehr gute Ausstattung und eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und Co-Gastgeber Generell nochmal möchte ich das komplette Personal im LPB hervorheben. 4 Wochen durfte ich dort bleiben und das Personal war IMMER freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich werde das LPB wieder besuchen! 🇩🇪🙏🇹🇭

Le séjour chez Jürgen s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux et très calme comparativement à la taille du bâtiment. La plage à proximité immédiate n'est pas vraiment pratique au vu des marées. La piscine est sympa et peu fréquentée. Le logement est légèrement excentré mais tout est néanmoins très facilement accessible par les navettes songthaew ou par scooter. Immédiatement à la sortie du condo se trouvent un supermarché Makro ainsi qu'un des 14.832 7eleven de Thaïlande 😃. A une exception près, tout le personnel du condo est adorable, jardinier, staff sécurité, cleaning ladies. La communication avec Jürgen est très fluide et c'est un hôte très sympathique chez qui nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I'll start with the cons, because there aren't many of them: - the internet is not very fast and also blocks several sites, it was fine to work, but watching movies on the laptop was difficult; - the TV definitely needs an update, it is small, without smart TV, and even just watching TV channels on a scratched screen turns into torture; - there is nothing around except two expensive restaurants and one store without alcohol (because it is at a gas station), but this is obvious when booking, so it is highly recommended to rent a vehicle. Now the pros: - very clean apartment, good water pressure from the shower, nice bed linen, comfortable long pillow and several towels to choose from; - condo is really good, pool is big and empty, but very clean, good gym and friendly stuff; - you can easily order a food delivery from apps; - condo almost empty, so there was no noises around; - two AC do a great job; - big and empty beach; - and, of course, the owner is super friendly!
