Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

The apartment was well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. Apartment was exactly as described with so many personal touches. My husband and I were so happy with our stay, such a homey feel. Dagmara also gave excellent check in instructions and always quickly responded. I would definitely stay again.

My family stayed at Johanna's place for one night and everything was perfect. The check in process was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. It's also worth noting that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

We loved our stay at Janice’s lakehouse! The apartment was super homey — we honestly wished we had booked more than just one night. It was simple, clean, and even had some snacks waiting for us, which we really appreciated after our long drive. The patio overlooking the lake was the perfect spot to kick back, order some Doordash, and just relax. Janice was super responsive and made everything really easy. Would definitely come back!

This place was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Clean studio right on the lake, nothing better than waking up and looking out onto the frozen lake from bed.

Close and convenient to everything in and around Cold spring, even without a car. Beautiful spot, and nice to have access to the outdoor garden.

It was our first experience with Airbnb. We were there to tour the World Headquarters for Jehovah’s Witnesses and this proved to be our evening haven. Absolutely perfect stay during a meaningful and emotional time. We came to this beautiful lakefront Airbnb to celebrate my husband’s birthday after his passing, hoping for peace and comfort—and it was everything we needed. The weather happened to be beautiful, which allowed us to take out the kayaks and fully enjoy the calm and serenity of the lake. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely phenomenal—quiet, breathtaking moments that brought so much peace. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra linens and thoughtful touches throughout. You can tell it’s a family-owned home, filled with warmth and very well taken care of, which made it feel even more special. It was also very family-friendly, making it a perfect fit for all of us and plenty for all to do. We truly appreciated how kind, helpful, and responsive the host was throughout our stay. We’re grateful and hope to return .

Super great place with lovely sunset and super walkable everywhere. Jin was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful with anything we needed. She even provided baby shower wash!

This is our 2nd review Victoria’s properties and we just want to reiterate how special of a landlord Victoria is. The best. I cannot recommend her properties enough if you are in need of a Greenwich rental like we were.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Gerry’s Apartment. Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen in den Catskill Mountains. Alles wie beschrieben und gute Kommunikation mit Gerry. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist an einigen Stellen schon etwas “in die Jahre gekommen”. Alles in allem aber sehr gut!

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!

Perfect getaway! Easy to access local hotels at a great value! Highly recommend and will personally be back!
