This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. The Ledges Cabin at Blue Valley

The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. It has three bedrooms and a pull out couch, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and massive windows with a great view of the Ledges. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
