My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. An artists creative space, full of love. Near downtown, OSU, and all the best Columbus has to offer. on a lovely quiet street next to a park and a bike path . Expect the lovely sounds of children laughing, tennis and basketball playing at times. Please Note : Dogs are welcome with approval of breed and number of pets. An additional charge of $30 Pet cleaning fee for each additional pet. Sorry no cats!
