Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

The house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their area and didn’t feel crowded. Backyard was great! We enjoyed the patio and pool. ❤️

Dustin was very responsive, the house was well stocked, the house felt like a home, and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

We are a group of coworkers who occasionally get together outside of work to decompress and forget about our stressful job. This location was central, beautiful and serene! Our host was very nice and responsive. We were extremely happy with the location and beautiful home! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely home with 5 king beds! Perfect for my siblings and I to sleep well, hang out, and enjoy a relaxing time together. Plenty of towels and everything was very clean. Angel was very helpful and let us check in early which really helped with our planned events for that first day. I would stay there again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Very comfortable extended stay in an established residential neighborhood close to many restaurants & businesses. The host was very responsive, accommodating & helpful. Had a really pleasant stay.

We had an excellent stay at Kimberly's place. It is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there is a very nice patio out back to enjoy the Arizona air. It is in a newer subdivision about a half hour from the Phoenix airport. It was well located for us, as we were attending sporting events at the Arizona Athletic Center about 10 min away. We would stay there again.

Ambers place was clean and tidy . We can’t thank her enough for the groceries she provided because of long drive and late check in . Nice touch amber . We appreciate having an all inclusive place and the washer and dryer came in very handy . Next time we are in phoenix we will look for another one of amber’s properties. Thanks again for everything

We had a fantastic weekend. The basement is clean and the theme is super fun.

The place was great for 4 people. Very close to downtown Phoenix and walkable to several places. KJ and Cathy made the booking process very easy!

Julie's BnB has restored my faith in renting Air BnBs. I needed a place to stay near by. I work nights shift so I'm a premadona when it comes to my sleep. Julie provided everything I could need; extra towels, blankets, pillows and pillow cases, even a fan! i felt right at home. It was incredibly comfortable and Julie is sooo accommodating! I will most likely be renting again from Julie when I work out there again. Her BnB is exactly as the pictures and descriptions!! I was never went without toilet paper, kitchen necessities, it was well supplied!

This is our second time staying and we enjoyed it once again. I highly recommend it!

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

Stephanie was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy and inviting. The complex was well maintained and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed the heated pool and area.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Bryan and Roxanne were very quick to communicate and had very detailed instructions and recommendations for anything you could need. The condo was very clean, well stocked with basic (and even extra!) supplies (including kitchen and toiletries) — and it was more spacious than appeared in the photos. The location of the condo was 10-15 minutes away from most amenities and attractions we visited, and we enjoyed hiking Papago Ridge frequently as it was so close by (and lovely to view from outside the condo building). A few things of note (out of the hosts control) were frequent scent of other condo residents smoking cigarettes and marijuana, and it would’ve been nice if there was a net we could’ve cleaned the leaves out of the pool as there was not much for pool maintenance (but we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves almost every day!). We would absolutely stay again if we come back!

If you are seeking a home away from home, look no further… you have found it! We stayed here for two weeks visiting family and the sights. Michele is the most exceptional host you will encounter. This is an upper condo in a very quiet complex with fabulous owners all around. Very friendly people and helpful. The condo is very well stocked including the bathroom with different types of soaps, shower gels, Q-tips, tissue and toilet paper. The beds are very comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep. The kitchen well stocked, too. It’s a small kitchen but very functional. The balcony is great for your morning coffee. The swimming pool and hot-tub are a plus for this condo. The unit isn’t far from the unit. Also, there is a Bar-B-Q area. Covered parking for those hot days.

Great location. Quiet, safe and close to a lot of amenities including the Arizona athletic grounds. Clean and well stocked with all of the necessities to enjoy your weekend away! Simple check in, out and host responds quickly!
