2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

This one of a kind space is all the things you need it to be - inviting, creative, clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous! Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

This is a brand new guest house in the Historic Heights neighborhood walking distance to local upscale shopping and dining. The home is close to UAMS, ACH, downtown, UALR, and most major medical centers. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
