Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Picnic overlooking the scenic views at Dowdell's Knob in FD Roosevelt State Park, or enjoy a day hike along its 23 miles of trails, or horseback riding. Secluded private relaxing getaway

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Newly Renovated House Near Calloway Gardens

Farm Charm is a great way to describe this house and the surrounding area. Its a country setting with plenty outside room for children to run and play. Pete (my lovable Feist rescue) and I have too much space. We decided to turn the lower portion of our split level into a private retreat for guests. We live on the property, but will only interact with you as much as you want. Conveniently located a few minutes from CSU, Peachtree Mall, and the Columbus Airport. About 15 minutes (or less) from Fort Benning. Centrally located to many other shopping centers. Come rest and relax at "the Hanger" and enjoy this airplane themed space.
