We are 30 Miles from Sioux Falls, SD. Great for Short Term Workforce Stays. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on premise. Window AC's. Keyless Entry and WiFi, Roku TV. Street Parking. Please note that this unit does not have a thermostat, it does have heat. It will be pulled mid Oct-April.

During Sept/Oct we embrace local folklore and turn into the haunted dairy coach house ( enjoy our many creepy antiques) Centrally located in the sleepy town of Colton just minutes away from prime hunting and fishing and just a stones throw away from the biggest city in the state. The cabin sits on the same property as Tellberg's Gym LLC, which guests will also have access to. Forget some essentials for your trip? We are close to retailers. Need a bite to eat? There are several nearby places.

Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.
