300 year old building, newly renovated in the picturesque fishing village of Crail. 1 1/2 miles from 7th oldest golf course in the world and 10 miles to the world class St.Andrews Golf Course. Short walk to beach front and a beautiful harbour as well as Fife Coastal Path. Has a lovely pottery shop where items are made on the premises. If you don't feel like cooking Crail has a good fish and chip shop. Pubs & grocery shops near by. Everything is within walking distance form the house.

The cottage is fully licensed, great for couples or families & is doggy friendly.

Settle into Mar House for a perfect get away, we are located around a 10-15 minute walk from St. Andrews town centre and a 2 minute walk to the East Sands beach which boasts the "Cheesy Toast shack" ( locally renowned, and perfect after a stroll along the beach). Of course for the golfing groups, this is perfectly situated for access to all local courses and a great space to unwind and catch up on each others score cards! Free parking in driveway for up to 3 cars.

Bank House is a charming and comfortable base in the heart of Pittenweem, ideal for a relaxing coastal stay. Partial sea views and a 5 minute stroll through tranquil wynds to the harbour. Easy access to the Fife coastal path. Please note: there is currently some neighbouring construction work taking place, which may result in occasional daytime noise during weekdays. Evenings and nights remain quiet, and this does not affect the comfort of the property itself.

Excellent location for coastal walks with many local golf courses. Ten miles from St Andrews. Unfortunately, steps outside and a staircase inside makes it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. The Fife Council Short Term Let licence number is FI-02131-F and runs from 23 October 2024 for three years.

We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
