This lovely and cozy one-bedroom guest suite is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood in the heart of squirrel hill. The entire basement suite has been renovated and is fully furnished. It features a spacious living room, a full kitchen and a private entrance. There are one full bed and one twin bed in the bedroom and one sofa in the living room. The guests can also use laundry facilities. It is only minutes from nearby restaurants and beautiful Schenley Park. Very close to Pitt and CMU.

We welcome guests to our on-street private guest suite. Urban family homestead with 1 🐈‍⬛, 2 🐕, and 3 🐓 that resided with us for 5 years (recently rehomed to farm).

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

We’re within walking distance of restaurants, shops, parks, the public swimming pool & tennis courts, farmer’s market, and public transportation (bus and T). Our private guest suite is comfortable & clean. With a queen bed and sofa bed, it comfortably sleeps three guests. It includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker (drip), & kettle; no full kitchen.

It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).
