Appartement de 70m2 comprenant 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains en suite, un séjour/cuisine avec vue sur Castelldefels et la mer. Le logement se situe dans une villa qui comprend trois appartements, nous louons également un studio voisin à celui-ci à l'étage inférieur. Parfait pour les familles, le logement bénéficie de nombreuses aménités: jardin, piscine, terrain multisport, salle de gym. L’appartement ne convient pas à 4 adultes. L'appartement comprend une cuisine équipée, un salon TV, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. L'appartement est climatisé/chauffé, et offre une vue spectaculaire et un accès direct à une grande terrasse privée à la piscine et au jardin. L'accés au logement se fait via un petit portail privatif qui donne directement sur la rue.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

Welcome to our apartment after a big renovation! Apartment in the best area of the Beach Gavà - Castelldefels, very quiet area, pine trees, sea in 100m (next street from the beach). Ideal for families. There are many cafés and beach restaurants around and a bus stop in 50 meters, with buses to Barcelona every 10 minutes. Strictly no smoking in the apartment. Respect the neighbors and don't be loud after 11pm. 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
