Our stay at Bradley's house was amazing! There were four of us there for a girls weekend, so we had more than enough room. The house is very spacious and could easily accommodate much larger groups. The property is gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. Even though it was quite windy during our stay, we were able to enjoy the outdoors exploring the trails around the lake and canoeing as well. Definitely a memorable weekend that will stay with us for a lifetime! Make sure you go outside and look at the stars after dark, it was the most gorgeous site! The two kitties who live there are adorable as well and the most well behaved cats I've ever seen! Just a heads up, there are no shades in the master bedroom (which I can understand why they don't want to block that view) but if you're used to a blacked out room like I am, you'll want to bring an eye mask. Overall, an awesome experience. We definitely hope to return in the future!

Sarah’s place is amazing! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Sarah is such a prepared host and we had access to things we didn’t know we needed. For example we had a sick kiddo and Sarah had COVID tests on site. We made steaks one night and we found butcher twine in the kitchen. This place is a true find and such a great place for a family trip. It goes without saying that the game room and lake equipment were a hit and kept everyone engaged and entertained. We can’t wait to stay again at Crappie Cove.

This is a beautiful place! It works great for families. The grandkids enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach and running around the backyard. The firepit was perfect! Everyone enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making smores. We got to see wildlife - squirrels, cranes, geese, ducks, raccoons and a very friendly cat that came to sit by the deck door which all of the kids enjoyed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with the family for a getaway weekend! Each of them said what a nice place it was and so roomy. I even had a granddaughter ask this morning if we could go back to the "lake house". Thank you for sharing it with us!

Stayed a week, had everything we needed to get by to make Thanksgiving Dinner for our son and his friends. Beautiful and quiet, close to Seward and Walmart. Had a great stay. Daniel and Stella

The house was great for me and my son to stay at during hunting season. All the comfort of a house with close proximity to national forest. Julia was a great and helpful host who took care of any needs we had. The furniture, tv, internet and overall place was comfortable. The place is located just off the highway so you may get some traffic noise, but I will certainly stay here again when I visit the forest again.

The house was just what we needed. Our grandkids loved all the toys in the playroom and the pack n play and high chairs made dinner time great. The kitchen had mainly all the amenities we needed, although with 6 adults and two kids, it would have been nice to have a larger non-stick pan to make the potatoes for supper and scrambled eggs for dinner since we had most of our meals there, which was much easier than eating out with two under the age of one.

Staying at Nirvana was an absolute delight! This serene 'hotel-like' house offered more than just accommodation – it was an oasis of tranquility. The pool was a refreshing retreat, and the breathtaking view left me in awe. But what truly made Nirvana special was its spiritual atmosphere, creating a serene ambiance that made my stay incredibly rejuvenating. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful escape!" Rob. S.
