We are the Oliva family, & "The Loft" is a culmination of all of our efforts, but must give credit to my husband and father of our 2 adult sons. After 2+ yrs of trips back & forth from AZ to create our "home away from home", it is finally complete. We always enjoy our stay, but decided we would like others to enjoy it too when we can't. Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
