L’appartement, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, est situé au milieu d’une réserve naturelle près de la plage de Sotavento, dans le sud de Fuerteventura. La plage est connue pour son sable blanc et ses eaux cristallines et turquoises. C’est un endroit idéal pour pratiquer des sports nautiques (ex. planche à voile et kitesurf). The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.
