We are Akumal Direct Reservations. We are very proud to have been a premier vacation rental manager in Akumal and the Riviera Maya for over 25 years. La Tortuga #4 is located on the second floor overlooking the pool and sparkling waters of Akumal's Half Moon Bay! The bay in front of the condo is great for snorkeling as the reef comes very close to the shore, and it is home to a wide diversity of marine life. There is a wonderful restaurant on site that also offers room services to our guests.

You will love our beach house with beach and private pool! If you're planning a family trip, this 4 bedrooms beach house will not disappoint you. Fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom w/ private terrace facing the sea, 4.5 bathrooms, Lounge area facing the sea with games and TV, pool with sunbeds and bbq, direct access to the beach. Daniel and I are Tourism Hospitality professionals (own Small hotel and restaurants) and we want you to enjoy our own house to live an incredible experience!

A cozy bedroom in a nice condo, right in the center of Playa del Carmen, close to everything, 5th avenue, beach, supermarket, bus station, restaurants and stores. Very convenient location for a stress free vacation. Simple but tasty breakfast: coffee, bread or pastries, fresh fruit, butter and jam. I have a bed and chair for babies. Rent a comfortable room with private bathroom. Not a studio but access to a microwave, kettle & toaster. My home is located in a lovely, safe gated community. The location allows you to walk freely into town and the beach. Across from a convenient mall. Air conditioning is $70p per day and $70p per night. paid at check out. Light cleaning is $120 pesos per day. Full clean, $250 pesos. No check out cleaning fee. Full service laundry not including ironing $150 pesos per load.
