There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a microwave, oven, hob and fridge There is an open plan dining and lounge area with original slate flag stones in the raised dining area.

A cosy and characterful 2 bed cottage. I have updated from 2-4guests to 4-6guests as there are enough beds for 6 guests. PLEASE BE AWARE it is a small cottage for 6 guests. As 2 would be sleeping in the front room. In here is a 2 seater Sofa Bed and 2 Accent Chairs and 2 Bar Stools. Beanbags upstairs. There is also only 1 bathroom. If its just a place to get your head down after a busy day then for 6 guests its going to be pretty cosy. You have a GARAGE for FREE PARKING & a private courtyard.

Great central location, the sea is at the end of the road and it's just a few minutes walk to attractions such as Plymouth Hoe, the Pavillions, Tinside Lido and the city centre. Opposite the house is a park with 4 tennis courts, and round the corner there is a children's play park. There are often events going on in the area, and there is a good choice of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
