The property consists of two houses, both entirely at your disposal, and no other guests will be staying during your visit. In the first house, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. In the second house, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with one bathroom and an additional WC.

Apartman se nalazi u lijepoj i čistoj prirodi s pogledom na planine i pitku rijeku Cetinu.Ispred se nalazi veliki bazen samo za goste,dostupan od 25.5. do 30.10.Kuhinja ima frižider,pećnicu, perilicu ,kuhalo za vodu, aparat za kavu i pribor za kuhanje .Kupaonica ima kadu i tuš kadu,sušilo za kosu,glačalo i ručnike .Sobe su prostrane,mogu primiti pet gostiju.Apartman je klimatiziran,ima novi namještaj .Domaćin na zahtjev može besplatno oprati rublje.Samo je jedan apartman za goste.

Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
