Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake and we run adventures on site, with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Rastin Vanha Mänty - Rasti's old pine

Luo muistoja vanhassa kauniissa talossamme. Majoitus rauhallisessa vanhassa pihapiirissä kauempana vilkkaasta Leviltä. Tämä on enemän kuin majoitus, tämä on elämys. Pääset osaksi paikallista arkea ja asuinympäristöä. Pihalla näet poroja ja näet myös revontulia niiden ollessa taivaalla. Aamulla pääset osaksi poronhoitajan arkea ja käymme ruokkimassa porot yhdessä. Jos onni suosii, kesyimmät porot saattavat antaa silittää. Porot ovat puolivillejä, joten ne ovat metsässä touko-marraskuussa.

Relax with the family or with a larger group in this peaceful villa in the middle of the wilderness of Eastern Lapland. The property has amenities of normal home (running water, sauna, etc.), a cozy fireplace that creates an atmosphere, and network connection that works at 200/200 speed. There is no light pollution, your own peace and quiet is guaranteed and in suitable weather conditions you can admire the auroras directly from the accommodation's yard. Peaceful log cabin by the lake Inari

HOX! Sauna is not in use in May 2026! Peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri. Kylpytynnyri on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Varustevuokraamo ja Tunturikeskus Kiilopää kävelyetäisyydellä. Alle 20min autolla Saariselän laskettelurinteisiin, ja muihin palveluihin, 10min kävelymatka Urho Kekkosen Kansallispuistoon.

Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle. Tämä mobiili minikoti sopii hyvin myös pitempiaikaiseen vierailuun, joten jo pelkkä majoitus on kokemus. Kylpytynnyri ei ole käytössä talvi aikaan.

Hirsihuvila on varustettu kahdella makuuhuoneella, takkahuoneella, hyvin varustetulla keittiöllä, olohuoneella, suihkullisella kylpyhuoneella, puusaunalla ja ulkoporealtaalla. Studio with own entrance & a kitchen and a bathroom. 10 min walk from the bus station, from the supermarkets and other services. The Ivalo airport is only 10km away. There are two single beds. Desk and chairs You will also find a kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave, crockery and cutlery. The studio has a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and toilet paper are provided.
