With a sparkling 12metre pool with glass edge, looking out over the trees and with unhindered views to Mount Coolum and spacious decks, 60m2 undercover open area and beautiful gardens to enjoy during the day and fire-pit for the evenings. A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.
