But if you’ve ever watched HGTV, you’ll see that people across the country are creating short term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things from shipping containers and barns to old warehouses and yurts. In Cross Lanes, WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short term rental out of the storage unit! Conveniently located just off I 64 and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras casino.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with lots of living space. 3 separate bedrooms provide privacy for guests. Master bedroom features ADJUSTABLE King sized bed with both massaging capabilities and phone charging ports. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. The apartment has a large back deck that leads to off street parking with enough room for 3 cars. 10 minutes from Uptown Athens and Ohio University. Hocking Hills is a short 25 min. scenic drive.

It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. It is suitable for couples, business travelers, families and anyone who wants to enjoy the breathtaking beauty and history of southeastern Ohio.
