Kids love our modular bunk room and visiting with our friendly farm animals! Great for aspiring homesteaders, family fun, trips to Chattanooga, overnight stops, remote work and couples retreats!

Gypsy Haven

Gypsy Haven is nestled at the foot of the Bean mountain, right between the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers. We are only 15 mins from The Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers, 19 miles to Cleveland, & about a 45 minute drive to Chattanooga. Enjoy white water rafting, fly fishing, mountain climbing, zip lining, horse back riding and more all within a short drive. You also have access to feed our sweet mules & Sir Spits a lot the alpaca! Note this is a guest house/ loft above our garage so you do walk up stairs.

Magical Treehouse ~ Mountain Views ~ Dog Friendly

This treehouse features beautiful year-round mountain views, and can be found elevated off the ground by a single tree. Guests will be entranced by the unique colors and textures featured throughout. This two story treehouse can comfortably sleep four guests with a queen bed in the loft and a futon that unfolds into a full bed on the main level. On the connected entrance platform, there is half bathroom, with access to showers and an additional bathroom at our bathhouse facility.

Tucked among the trees, "The Angler" is a true log cabin built in the spirit of early Appalachian homesteads—simple, rustic, and full of character. This is not a large or luxury cabin. Instead, it offers a more authentic experience—cozy spaces, handcrafted details, and the kind of charm that comes from stepping back to a simpler time. The cabin comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests, making it a great fit for families, fishing trips, or easygoing groups who value experience over excess.

Enjoy this cottage located on a ridge overlooking the Blue Ridge mountains. Enjoy a beverage of your choice on our covered patio or enjoy the sun on the deck. 25 minutes from Blue Ridge. Sleeps 8 (2 queens, 2 bunks). If you get cold you’ll enjoy a night by the fire inside. Quiet community and a peaceful place to relax after adventurous activities. Plenty of white water rafting, fishing and other outdoor activities close by!

Our most private riverside cabin, The Pines has a large porch overlooking the river, complete with a 6-foot porch swing and dining table for six. The Pines can comfortably sleep a total of seven guests and features a private outdoor fire pit with comfortable seating by the riverside.
