We are located across from the Ocoee River and just outside the Cherokee National Forest. This area is known for Olympic whitewater rafting, endless hiking trails, mountain biking, sight seeing, boating, motorcycle rides and just relaxing on a lazy river float on the lower Ocoee River. Come experience S/E Tennessee at it's finest. We are close to many towns offering food, wine, craft beer, shopping and apple orchards. We are open year round and at the front of a RV Park for friends to visit.

Our little slice of heaven is located on Coker Creek in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest. This beautiful place is perfect for everyone that is wanting to unwind and take in nature and it's tranquility. Our roads are amazing for riding your motorcycle or car trips to our many attractions. We are in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest, with lots of area hiking trails. Or pan for gold in Coker Creek. We now have a New Restaurant on our property!! "The Blue Line Grill" serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Goldilocks Cabin on the River

Come stay at the Goldilocks A-Frame Guest Cabin nestled in the woods along the banks of the Ocoee River. This is an A-Frame cabin with an open concept space. Double bed on main floor and the loft has 2 twin beds (if pushed together, they make a king) and a gorgeous view of the Ocoee River. The main floor has a small living room, dining table, kitchenette(used for heating up food only), double bed and a bathroom with tile shower. Outside is a fire pit and access to the dock and river

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Situated on the banks of Childers Creek, flowing year round, you will find the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with your inner self or others! Just minutes to the Hiwassee River, hiking trails, and adventures! This cabin has a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, queen bed , 2 queen bunk beds, and pull out sofa. Outside you will find the wrap around deck, BBQ grill, private hot tub, a picnic table, porch chairs, and the firepit at the creek.

Hiwassee Riverside Retreat

This riverside retreat with majestic mountain views is right on the Hiwasee River! The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga. You can trout fish or raft/kayak from the backyard. You can easily visit the nearby campgrounds and park, Amish Market, and take in all that the Gee Creek area has to offer. “On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

Just steps away from enjoying the amazing Hiwassee River! Come enjoy a beautiful cabin with plenty of room to relax inside or outside on the wrap around porch. 3 bedrooms all equipped with queen size beds. The upstairs master has a private full bath. Downstairs bedrooms are jack and jill style with full bath. Twin trundle bed now located in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen to make any or all meals! Washer and dryer available in the washroom beside cabin. **NEWLY ADDED WIFI**

Sit by the fire pit and roast marshmallows! Have a picnic by the pond after hiking in the Cherokee National Forest or rafting on the Ocoee River! For nightlife there’s nothing better than seeing a band at The Bus Bar! For gun enthusiasts there is a shooting range right up the road.
