Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet alpacas 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Owl Cottage is a Grade 2 Cottage. It has original beams & Inglenook fireplace, it has been tastefully modernised. Broadband available. Two bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom 2 is a single + supplied travel cot if required. A modern kitchen with all facilities including a washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath. Fenced Back garden for dogs with patio area. The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

A recently refurbished, comfortable home with allocated parking. The property has an open plan lounge diner, two bedrooms, office area, fully equipped kitchen, wet room and private garden. The property is in walking distance to Exeter University, St David's train station and an enjoyable scenic walk along the river to the quay and town centre. There is a bus stop nearby. There is plenty of room for a family or group of four to stay. This property is the perfect base for your next city break!

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.
