Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter.

There is Wifi ,TV, and a work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and Hospital. Close to retail,restaurants. Sunny Side Airbnb is located on a secluded 10+ acre property with plenty of outdoor space for dogs to run around and a short hiking trail with views. The Airbnb is located on the farther end of the house with a deck overlooking garden views, a fire pit, and an open field. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Just over a mile from I-89 off Rt 4 in Quechee, Vt. A short drive to WRJ and W Lebanon, NH, 9.1 miles to Woodstock, VT, 11 miles to Hanover, NH, and 13.4 miles to DHMC.

Our 88-acre farm spreads up a steep hillside above the village of Randolph, one mile away. The land is a mixture of open areas where we rotate our sheep flock daily, and wooded land with trails and old stone walls. You might hear the occasional car or truck on a nearby road, but more likely you'll hear our sheep baaing to one another or the cows across the valley trumpeting, or the abundance of birdsong. The energy here is calming and peaceful--we know you will love it as much as we do.

We are as close or as far away as you would like us to be with our house right next door.

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill.
