Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

Fornito di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, caffè, zucchero, olio, sale, tv e wifi nel quartiere storico di Borgo bello, in complesso del 1600, con PARCHEGGIO privato e personale, Loft di 50 metri quadri. La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente, tutti gli arredi sono nuovi. La casa, e il parcheggio appena di fronte, si trovano in un edificio recintato, silenzioso e riservato.

This fantastic villa is placed in a 500 mt. high hill, right next to the city of Perugia. This position provides you a wonderful view on the skyline of the city centre. You can relax in a completely quiet location while being able to reach the medieval town in about 15 mins. Next to the house, a big infinity salt pool pours water on the beautiful panorama you will share your stay with.

Byzantine Feel - Suite 01

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

Deliziosa casetta bifamiliare immersa nella pace delle verdi colline umbre, a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Perugia, e a pochissima distanza dalle più belle località umbre. Relax, intimità, oltre ad essere vicina a tutte le comodità. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini)

Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.
