It also benefits from it’s own private driveway (parking for 1 medium sized car) - If you have a large car, or want to bring a 2nd car, the council car park is just a 2 minute walk away, located on CASTLE Street. The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.

The retro cinema with 85-inch TV, Sky and Sonos Arc will blow you away. 3 floors, 2 stairs cases, a priest hole for the best games of hide and seek. Relax and soothe your body and soul in our gazebo and waterfall hot tub. No ‘open house’ parties allowed but a perfect place for special occasions and gatherings for our house guests and mature hen parties are welcome.

One of the oldest buildings in Poole, a townhouse that's been in our family for over a century, and it shows in all the best ways. High ceilings, original features, and a stunning roll-top bath sit alongside modern comforts. You're right on the High Street, footsteps from a brilliant mix of pubs and restaurants, perfect for an evening stroll to find dinner or a nightcap. Poole Quay is just around the corner, and Baiter Park is a five-minute walk away if you fancy some fresh air and sea views.

This apartment is the perfect retreat, located minutes away from the vibrant Westbourne Village with a vast array of restaurants, bars and shops and is only a 10 min walk through the leafy chine to the 7 mile stretch of beaches of Bournemouth & Poole. From here you can easily get to Studland over the chain ferry or via bus and explore the beautiful golden sandy beaches and restaurants.

Walking distance to the beach, Westbourne village and Canford Cliffs village (lively bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, gift shops). Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

Luxury spacious Victorian 1 bed apartment, lovingly renovated with a personal touch from my husband and I. Situated in the stunning location of Alum Chine, where I have fond childhood memories having grown up in this area. The property benefits from direct access to a treelined walk leading to award winning blue flag sandy beaches & restaurants. The chine also leads to the pretty village of Westbourne, where you'll find artisan coffee shops, lively bars & restaurants.
