Great studio living, with living room, bedroom, and dining area all combined in one large great room. Original exposed chestnut beams, and provide an airy and comfortable space to relax! You will enjoy the Peace and Quiet here! Enjoy watching the Horses out to pasture. Explore the many miles of State Forest. Horse & Hiking trails right down the road and Connect with Nature. Take some time to enjoy the Swing in the Flower Garden this Spring and Summer. Relax, watch and listen to the many birds here. There is a Complete Kitchen for you to cook meals. With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.
