Excellent stay and great hosts. Communication was clear and everything was as expected and more. Very clean and comfortable stay close to everything you would want to do on the island.

Three month stay! Walked to beach almost every day. Had everything I needed. Neighbors are friendly, helpful. Enjoyed the dock and pool. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to many activities but far enough from traffic and noise to be peaceful.

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

Awesome experience. Stayed about a week and never ran out of things to do. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and just a short drive to Corpus proper. Host was responsive for anything we needed while we were there, but the place was equipped with everything. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay on Padre Island! I recently rented a townhouse in Corpus Christi on Padre Island, and it was an incredible experience! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway spot. The place was so cute ! perfect for my husband and I and one french bulldog. We enjoyed the snacks and the coozies were a nice perk. Location perfect. One recommendation would be for more comfortable bed and sofa sleeper/ pillows. Other than that - the place was adequately stocked with cleaning supplies, broom washer and dryer etc. Samual responded to every email and phone call asap. Thank you Samuel.

Stayed for 3 nights with our 19 month old. We used the pool and splash pad on two separate evenings and it was wonderful. I made some pasta salad in the kitchen and it had everything I needed to do so. Was able to do 2 loads of laundry which was so nice. Balcony on top had nice views and we could hear the ocean. Really liked the extra blankets and pillows. We used them while watching tv in the evenings and at night to sleep. Packnplay and high chair was provided. We brought our own baby gate. Friendly host. Will definitely stay again!!

Love this condo! PERFECT for a small family. We were a family of 4 and had MORE than enough room. Loved the long balcony. Loved the heated pool. Loved that this condo had ALL the necessities needed. Thought I’d have to run to the store, but never did. Coffee, all the way down to the mugs this condo was equipped with. Thank you to the host for being so amazing! I absolutely LOVED that there was a small note from the previous guest. We left one as well for the next guest! Very clean.

We had a fabulous time, and happened to stay here the same weekend Sandfest was happening. Because of that the private entrance/boardwalk was a perfect way to get to the beach quickly and avoid a lot of the crowds. The condo was clean, comfy, and cute! plenty of space and great access to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay - we were close enough to drive into Port A for all the fun and activities there, but in a secluded part of the beach with peace and tranquility. Loved the beach access (wagon and chairs included under deck), the pool, pickleball next door or in Port A at Community Park, and a warm/hospitable environment to just hang out and enjoy time with the family. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Charlie was very responsive and helpful. Perfect distance to the beach and the pool and hot tub were great. House was clean with plenty of room for the whole family!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gilbert’s place. It was just as described and looked just like the pictures. Great pool and right on the beach. All amenities listed were available and we didn’t need to purchase anything extra (TP, soap, paper towels, etc.) shower gel was really nice and plentiful! Bed was super comfy and it was nice having a pack n play and baby monitor for our little one. The only downside is one night the neighbors were a little loud and sound traveled right through the wall and woke up our baby. I also think housekeeping could’ve done a little better job cleaning the floors. There was some debris left from previous guest. Not Gilbert’s fault at all, but something to be aware of. Gilbert was very responsive to my messages and I would recommend staying here.

This place was so close to the beach and the walk was so quick and simple! Would stay there again anytime. Kitchen was very well equipped and ample space.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay on the water, this is it. Very clean home and close to the beach and restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and fishing off the docks. We hope to come back and stay here again!

The house was perfect size for our family and located in a peaceful spot. The pool and hot tub were right across the street from the house and the first floor garage made everything so convenient when leaving and returning from the beach. Michael was great about arranging maintenance when the hot tub broke down during our stay, and contacted us to let it know when it was operational again. We will be back! We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The place was equipped with wonderful amenities like a mixer and fantastic skillets. The view was Amazing. The only disappointment was the excess of seaweed which hadn’t been removed. On my beautiful morning walks I noticed they were starting the process of moving the seaweed. I would definitely come back.

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing condo will stay again but not at the end of April, there were two high schools from Dallas staying the entire weekend. We love island house it’s great for families and couples alike. Great time.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!
