Surrounded by beautiful gum trees and within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the beach and only a short 10 minute drive to the world renowned Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge

Our beach house offers a sanctuary of peace and calm, perfectly suited for 2 - 4 guests. Situated near the Great Ocean Road and only 10 minutes drive to the iconic 12 Apostles. This stylish beach house is well-equipped and has been newly renovated inside although the bathroom remains unrenovated.

Maximum guests - 2 * Evan and Sue are in residence in the upper apartment, it is totally separate and your privacy is respected.

The large balcony overlooking the bay provides a great platform for star gazing, watching sunsets, listening to the crashing waves or just soaking up some fresh sea air.

The Old School House Port Campbell

Character home within walking distance to Port Campbell town centre and beach. 10 minute drive to the 12 Apostles and other main attractions of the Great Ocean Road. Spacious native garden, balconies, large deck and outdoor space to relax. Unlimited NBN WIFI, free on site parking for at least two cars in front of the house. Please note: We supply firewood for one night during the winter months of June to August. If you need additional firewood, you can find some in the local supermarket.

Located in central Warrnambool with a clear view of the ocean. The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.

Easy access to walk great ocean walk to 12 Apostles 6 km about 90 min fantastic walk highly recommended. Unit has large private deck with wetland views. No cooking but has fridge, microwave,toaster and kettle with plates etc
