Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. Our first review: "Excellent apartment, very clean, spacious and very modern, Great location close to many cafes and restaurants near big grocery stores, 5 min walk to the beach and bike rentals very close to public transportation. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Art Deco Off St Kilda Rd Melbourne

-- Please be aware there is construction work taking place nearby during working hours. The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.

Our place is close to Bay St, Beach and CBD. You’ll love the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place suits couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). There is a gym for use onsite, as well as a heated pool. The apartment is fully self contained and has everything required for cooking, eating, washing and cleaning. It's heated and air conditioned. We greet our guests with fruit, breakfast goodies, snacks and a bottle of wine (or two).
