Second stay and we just love the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Heather's place is a Deland gem.

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful area and a great location surrounding close by restaurants. The hosts were accommodating and made check in super easy. A nice home away from home.

The property is as advertised. Plenty of amenities! Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. Instructions provided prior to check in and prior to check out were easy to follow. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Nice place, loved the location as I like to go to NSB as well as Daytona. Was great having a fenced in backyard even though we take the dogs most every where we go because there are so many pet friendly places that you can take them, but it’s nice to let them out to take care of business without having to take ‘em out. Will be a place I’d stay again for sure. ✌🏻

This was a really fun, unique place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch upstairs. Sara was really accommodating with an early check-in when we ended up on a very early morning flight, which was SO appreciated. We’d definitely stay again.

Large specious house nicely decorated with a great pool with canal front!!! Ann is a wonderful host who responds very quickly and is very nice and accomodating. the place is spotless, very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable as well as the living room! there are thoughtful details throughout the place to make your stay pristine! We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Michele's place was exactly as advertised. Very close to some great beaches and towns as well as any amenity you could need. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. All of the neighbours we encountered were very friendly. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

Heidy’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Communicating was easy and always a quick response. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to restaurants/stores. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay at Heidy’s place again!

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. This place exceeded all expectations! The space was even larger than described and was an incredible bonus. Every room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool, though unheated as noted in the listing, was a fantastic addition, and the overall property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property with a fantastic host. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Joesph’s place. The house was clean, and the location was perfect for visiting Daytona Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place. We felt right at home. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The community is very quiet. The house is 16 minute drive from Flagler Beach. The grocery store is less than 5 minute drive. We loved the heated pool. Even though we have spent most of the daytime being at the beach or sightseeing - being able to come home and have a quick swim in a private pool was very nice. The hosts promptly replied to all my questions; they were professional and friendly. We highly recommend this house and the hosts. We hope to come back to this place in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

Home away from home, host were incredibly friendly and helped us with local recommendation about fireworks that we were trying to see, very nice place to stay

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The spiral staircase was a bit small but I was able to manage by accessing the second floor through the patio steps. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Davidson was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear and easy from the moment I booked and I even had a great conversation with the maintenance guy. The reason why I needed the place for one night is because I had a final exam that took place near the property. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
